i was at Boga Lake in winter, but this time of the year it's just unspeakable beauty, and i am so sorry for you, as you are not able to go Boga Lake.

I'm in Bangladesh now! just arrived in Sreemangal.. The commissioner in Chittagong didn't allow me to go to Rangamati and Bandarban... The Boga Lake was one of my destinations.
Must be a nice place to visit as i see from the photo.
