Manto shown is in Astrakhan true . It was a coat to wear in the 70s I think, in Romania . Not everyone ! All came from Russia and cost a lot. Thanks Silvio!

The astrakhan fur is one that you get with the skins of karakul, a black sheep native to Central Asia. Characteristic of this sheep, in addition to the black level, is the short hair and shiny.

The name comes from the city of Astrakhan ', Russia.
