The photo is made with 30 seconds exposure time is at random on the street. I wanted to capture rain. The person enters the frame and I think that stain blue is just a reflection. Thank you , Antonio!

Sopra un po caotica ... ma interessante come gestione della luce. Non capisco quel punto luminoso sulla cupola dell' ombrello.

Above a little chaotic ... but interesting as light management. I do not understand that point of light on the dome of the 'umbrella.
