Il pregio di questa immagine è l' immediatezza in cui l' autore vuole condurci nel mondo del "linguaggio" fotografico tramite il quale vuole riportarci nell' atmosfera degli anni 1970-80 periodo delle famose pellicole BN (pur utilizzando il digitale) per darci il piacere di assaporare una fotografia che fa parte del nostro bagaglio visivo e di memoria. Infatti come è ben noto, in origine la fotografia era vista come puro mezzo meccanico in grado di produrre una impronta della realtà. Con la fotografia si possono comunicare concetti, idee, emozioni; si può raccontare e si può fare della poesia. 
Osservando con attenzione questa foto, sembra condurre lo sguardo (uno dei nostri sensi) ad una visione (previa pulizia di una serie di abitudini visive) potenziale da far ritrovare la consapevolezza di quanto sia ricco (e poco utilizzato) il nostro sguardo, strumento principale dei nostri atti fotografici.
